My project is to seek for what is not obvious to the mind or the eye. Everything has a physical footprint or an atmospheric field, whether a living organism or an idea. Evidence of that is what compels me.
My images become their own complex and intimate worlds, navigable on their own terms with no preconceived narrative voice over. Working in this way, a painting is less an object than it is a record of how to search, listen and respond multi-dimensionally. The complexity of the final piece is a complexity of perceiving, synthesizing, and navigating a limitless world.
